 Abstract 

             This research aimed to:1)Develop the Instructional Model based on Connectivismthrough Cloud technology to enhance ICT Literacy for undergraduate student 2)Evaluatethe Instructional Model based on Connectivism through Cloud technology to enhance ICTLiteracy for undergraduate student The participants of this study:5 experts who served as respondents in developingthe model, and certification The results of the study indicated that:the Instructional Model based onConnectivism through Cloud technology to enhance ICT Literacy for undergraduate studentfrom review literature research synthetic components were analyzed for each section. Thendata was proved by advisor and revised to develop the Instructional Model based onConnectivism through Cloud technology to enhance ICT Literacy for undergraduate studentModel was evaluate and certify form 5 experts. The model consists of four main factors:1.Input.2.Process 3.Output and 4.Feedback . The process of instruction consists 4 main stepsAnd 14 sub steps. The learning activities divided into five stages, the first determination newquestions and problems(Planning).Stage 2 linking source for knowledge(Accessing).Step 3linking ideas( Thinking).Step 4 linking learning group(Connecting).Step 5 Creation knowledgenodes(creating)by a qualified evaluation and certification model a high level(̅ =4.27).
